All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a purchased item.
You can return your product for an e-gift card for our store or a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned/Exchanged items must be returned in original packaging and unused
- Returned/Exchanged items must have no signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email at P.2nYou@gmail.com to submit a return request. The subject line should say "Return Request" without quotations.
- In this email, please include your name, order number and return preference (exchange or refund). Your order number can be found on the receipt that was in your package or in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. We will send you a short 1-2 minute survey to elaborate on your experience.
- From the date of your submitted return request, you have 7 days to return your purchased items.
- When we receive your items, we will issue your e-gift card, exchange or full refund. If you opt to be refunded, this should show up as a credit of the amount you originally paid on the original method of payment within 1-2 business days.
- If your return items get lost in the mail, you should email us at P.2nYou@gmail.com as this problem will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your returned items arrive and are damaged or used, your return cannot be completed.
